My CBS Sports colleague gives the Cardinals pretty high marks for their 2023 haul

The 2023 MLB Draft is completed, and that means it’s time for snap judgments. Since the draft isn’t really my bailiwick, I’ve burdened my CBS Sports colleague, draft wonk, and good buddy R.J. Anderson with the necessary sense of obligation.
